Having a holiday in the sun is what many of us look forward to all year. As carp anglers our ideal break in the sun would probably include a little carp fishing.

Well one of the most popular holiday destinations for UK sun seekers is Gran Canaria in spain. Just a couple of hours away from the UK lies this little gem in the north atlantic (part of the canary islands). What if we could include a little carp fishing for a day or 2? There are now a few choices for you.

Canary Carp Crew amongst others has 2 lakes, Presa De Las Niñas and Presa De Chira (Lake Chira). Presa De Las Niñas is a runs water with small carp which run to almost 20lb but the one of interest to UK carp anglers has to be Presa De Chira. This lake has many quality fish in it with carp to over 40lb.

For your day trips you will be picked up from your location in a 9 seater vehicle, Keith guides you for the whole trip using professional rod set-ups, baitboats, nutrabait boiles, lunch, beer and soft drinks, pictures of your catch on his websites and all 30lbs plus fish entered in UK magazines. Pack up and drop off back at your hotel! You cant really ask for more. Non fishing guest's are most welcome.

Keith will provide guided trips for single clients or groups that wish to have a private guided trip with him with no other clients. Lakeside apartments overlooking lake chira are also available.
